Melrose Smooth Flow Header kits have everything needed to put you ahead of the competition. Header flanges are 3/8�� thick CNC cut for a precision fit. The long tube Smooth Flow design allows excellent scavenging properties. Headers are Jet-Hot coated inside and out typically reducing exterior temps by 60% extending engine component life and increasing horsepower. Headers are constructed using 1.750�� primary tubes and 3�� collectors.

We have seen performance gains of over 35RWHP and 35RWTQ, depending on modifications.

Smooth Flow / Random Tech kit includes ceramic coated Smooth Flow headers, 3�� stainless steel Random Tech hi flow cats, 2 3/4" x-pipe to hook up to factory rear section, and all hardware needed for installation.
